Radame Hernandez is a computer enthusiast with an interesting background who has made a conversion to the Information Technology field.

He graduated from Law School in Camaguey Cuba in 2001 and worked as an Attorney at Bufete Colectivo #2 of Camaguey for six years, being voted as best attorney for 2 years in a row in 2004 and 2005.

As an award, he was given a scholarship to Costa Rica in 2006. Once there he fled from the Cuban group that travel with him and made his journey to USA where he changed his career to become an Electronic Engineer and Networking Specialist. He attended the College of Southern Nevada to achieve such degree.

In 2012, he met Fidel as a co-worker in an IT company and in 2013; they decided to found FiRa IT Services.
Rad skills in computer field go from Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Servers and Workstations), Network Fundamentals; Routing Protocols and Concepts; LAN Switching and Wireless; to Accessing the WAN. He is a Cisco Certified Network Associated (CCNA). He also like developing Websites.

He loves working with Active Directory and is a Windows Server passionate, especially in virtualized environment.
